Poetics of space
For this assignment I started off inside of my dorm with my friend and looking for things that caught my eye, we moved to Ham Smith to photograph empty classrooms and see what kind of lighting we can get. I had a couple ideas when I thought of "space" and "spacial counterpoint" I thought of things being broken up by lines, blocks of material, rooms, living and non-living and light/darkness.
I can't wait to see what you're going to show me when you discover how better to use light. I think you are making me think harder (in a good way). I think you'll really enjoy shooting in spring.
